About the role

You will own the full reservation cycle for a portfolio of luxury vacation properties. That means converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, keeping every detail accurate across our PMS, maintaining property listings competitive and up to date, coordinating with internal teams so operations run without friction, and producing the reports that keep management informed.

Core responsibilities

• Manage every inbound lead across all channels (email, WhatsApp, phone, OTA, travel agent) and follow through until the booking is confirmed.

• Handle the complete reservation cycle: contracts, payment tracking, balance reports, guest data registration, and platform updates.

• Maintain accurate and competitive property listings across all platforms, including rates, availability, and calendar synchronization.

• Deliver weekly competitive rate analysis and occupancy recommendations to management.

• Coordinate pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-stay touchpoints with concierge and operations teams.

• Produce recurring reports: daily lead and reservation status, weekly sales and balance summaries, monthly performance overview.

• Manage guest reviews across booking platforms on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in hotel reservations, vacation rental management, sales, or property administration.

• Advanced English, written and oral (B2+/C1). This is a daily operational requirement, not a preference.

• Proficiency with PMS and/or CRM platforms.

• Weekend availability (required based on team schedule structure).

Desirables

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in high-end or luxury hospitality environments.

• Background in B2C sales or exposure to real estate.
